At 24 hours post-exercise, those who received the 1500 mg dosage showed slower muscle endurance recovery than those on the lower dose. This suggests that while curcumin aids in biochemical recovery, its effect on performance recovery may vary with dosage.

Overall, the study confirms a dose-response effect of curcumin on recovery markers. Higher doses of curcumin improved biochemical recovery effectively but were associated with a slower muscle endurance recovery. These results suggest that the dosage of curcumin must be carefully considered, especially for athletes or individuals focusing on performance and muscle function.
