Refund Policy

We want you to be happy, and we're confident that you'll love our products. So we provide a generous refund policy to help you order with confidence.

Dietary Supplements

If you're not completely satisfied with the first unit of your first order of a dietary supplement for any reason, you may contact us within 100 days of delivery to initiate a full refund without a return. If you're not completely satisfied with additional units or subsequent orders for any reason, you may contact us within 30 days of delivery to initiate a return for a full refund. Only units in your most recent order are eligible for a refund.

The purpose of this policy is to ensure your happiness with a dietary supplement within the specified timeframe, although it may not become fully effective for you within that timeframe. Some nootropics may require supplementation for months before they become fully effective. Some geroprotectors may require supplementation for years. And because everyone is different, individual results may vary.

Biometric Tests

If you're not completely satisfied with your first order of a biometric test for any reason, you may contact us within 100 days of instruction delivery, and before you complete the test, to initiate a full refund. If you're not completely satisfied with subsequent orders for any reason, you may contact us within 30 days of instruction delivery, and before you complete the test, to initiate a full refund. Only biometric tests in your most recent order are eligible for a refund. Orders for biometric tests that you have completed aren't eligible for a refund.

The purpose of this policy is to ensure your happiness with instructions for a biometric test within the specified timeframe, although you may complete the biometric test within 6 months of instruction delivery.

Return Process

To initiate a return, please contact us at support@thrivous.com. When you contact us, please provide information that will help us identify your order. For example, you may provide the name and email address that you used to place the order, as well as the order number from the email receipt that you received from us after you placed the order.

When we receive your request, we will reply by email with further instructions. The instructions will include the mailing address to which you should send your return. To help us process your return, the mailing address will include your order number. The format of the mailing address for an approved return will be similar to the following example:

When we receive your return, we will send another email to notify you.

Refund Process

To initiate a refund, please contact us at support@thrivous.com. When you contact us, please provide information that will help us identify your order. For example, you may provide the name and email address that you used to place the order, as well as the order number from the email receipt that you received from us after you placed the order.

When we approve your refund, we'll send an email to notify you. And we'll apply the refund to your credit card or original method of payment within 30 days of the notification. If 30 days have passed since we notified you of the approval of your refund, and you haven't yet received it, please do the following:

(a) first, check your bank or credit card account again;

(b) then, contact your bank or credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

After you’ve done both of these things, if you still haven't received your refund, please contact us at support@thrivous.com.

Shipping Costs

We don't refund shipping costs for orders or returns. You are responsible to pay for shipping your return. Please consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don't guarantee that we'll receive your return.
