Refund Policy

Returns

We are confident that you will like our products, and we want you to be happy with your purchase. However, if you are unsatisfied with a product for any reason, you may initiate a return within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

If you are unsatisfied with a dietary supplement for any reason, you may initiate a return of the empty bottle within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Keep in mind that the purpose of the Thrivous refund policy is to ensure your satisfaction with our products, and not to ensure the effectiveness of ingredients in our dietary supplements. Some nootropics (like Bacopa) may require more than 30 days to become effective, and some geroprotectors (like Ginkgo) may require ongoing supplementation for years.

To initiate a return, please contact us at support@thrivous.com, and provide a receipt or other proof of purchase. We will provide the address to which you should send your return.

Refunds

Once we receive your return, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval of your refund. We will then apply the refund to your credit card or original method of payment within 30 days of the notification.

Late or Missing Refunds

If 30 days have passed since we notified you of the approval of your refund, and you have not yet received it, please do the following:

(a) first, check your bank or credit card account again;

(b) then, contact your bank or credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

After you’ve done both of these things, if you still have not received your refund, please contact us at support@thrivous.com.

Shipping

Shipping costs are non-refundable. You are responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for your return. Please consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your return.
